It's a crazy, uncertain school year, so planning is difficult. But check out the
free virtual learning experience for middle school and high school youth "Road Maps: Around the World Adventure." Created by the University of Arizona Center for Middle Eastern Studies and Center for Latin American Studies, the program takes "visitors" to 3 different countries. (There are 5 tracks, so if you have a class do it, you can divide them among the 5 tracks in order to have a greater variety of places/projects to share.) At each stop, students complete a short introductory assignment and then choose from a menu of short projects. Upon completion of a trip (3 countries), students are emailed a certificate, which they can list on their resumes. There are 3 different trips (total of 9 countries) so students can earn a bronze, silver, or gold certificate. For a lot more information, go to:
