It was wonderful interacting in person with so many amazing people last week in Philadelphia. Next year in Nashville promises to be even more interactive. Raymond Wicks suggested we tap our retired members to serve as mentors for first time conference attendees. The number of first time attendees was so high that we ran out of first timer ribbons!
After I receive the lists of first time attendees later on in the month, I will sort them by state and then reach out to each of you in our Friends community to become the primary contact. I told many of the first timers to watch for our communication in early January. I will provide the contact information and an outreach letter template. I will also be contacting many of you individually to launch this very important outreach activity.
