Long Creations owner Natalie Long (Alberta, CA) is sharing without cost the COVID-19  Time Capsule she designed to help her own kids (and herself) process the new reality of COVID-19 with its shelter in place, schooling from home, distance from friends, uncertainty,  etc.    Links to the  Time Capsule pages can be found at  https://letsembark.ca/time-capsule . There are versions for US kids as well as Canadian kids, and their families, and the capsules are available in English, Spanish, French.  There is a separate time capsule packet for kids and for adults and additional pages about special events -- The Year They Closed the School, Letter from Teacher, etc.  You can download the PDF pages and, if you like, add one or more  additional pages that guide students to reflect on the human rights challenges created by COVID-19 and  government and business responses to it, the civic engagement opportunities and responsibilities we all must deal with during  this pandemic, etc.
I hope we can  build an archive of the human rights related issues we and our students and their families and communities experience in this challenging time.
