    Mark your conference schedule!  Tim Magner, Executive Director, Partnership for 21st Century Skills will be speaking on Friday, December 2, 10:15 - 11:15 a.m. in the Washington DC Convention Center, Room 144A.  The title of his session, sponsored by the NCSS Citizenship Community is "Preparation for Citizenship: The Partnership for 21st Century Skills."
