Hello Friends of NCSS Community!

As we prepare for our 99th Annual Conference in Austin, this may prove to be our largest conference ever! Last year we enjoyed a significant increase in attendance to the conference and were quite busy in several areas of the conference floor plan. This year we anticipate the same amount of energy and excitement and would like to request some assistance to help host the NCSS Membership Booth during exhibit floor hours.  

With a tiny, yet mighty staff of ten employees at NCSS, we are not always able to be in multiple locations at the same time...specifically at registration and the exhibit booth when the doors initially open on Friday and Saturday mornings. That's where we hope you can assist us!

Would you be willing to volunteer an hour or two to host the NCSS membership booth with staff or on behalf of staff?

If you are able to spare a few hours, please let me know by emailing me directly at jlindsey@ncss.org. The NCSS Exhibit Hall is open the following hours: 

Friday, November 22: 9:30 a.m.-6:00 p.m. CST
Saturday, November 23: 7:45 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST

Your early commitment to volunteer during any time period of your choice by November 13th is greatly appreciated and will help us to fill any gaps in service to our members on location. Thank you in advance for considering to help as we know your conference interests and demands are many!
